CREATE ORDER FROM CHAOS

The foundation your business was built to stand on.

Operational consulting and compliance for small businesses and entrepreneurs - built on 33 years of earned experience.

WHO IS THIS FOR

THE ENTREPRENEUR

You built something real. A trades business, a service business, something you started with your own hands and your own reputation. You have customers. You have a reputation. What you do not have yet is the operational infrastructure to protect what you built. You are working harder than you ever imagined and the back end is holding on by instinct. No formal contracts. No documented systems. No compliance framework. Just skill and grit. That is brave. And it is not enough to sustain a business that grows. The Narrow Bridge is for you.

THE BUSINESS OWNER

You have employees. You have vendors. You have a facility or an operation that is running - and you know, or recently discovered, that your compliance documentation is not where it needs to be.You have had a near-miss - an OSHA question you could not fully answer, a vendor dispute that exposed a gap in your contract, a project that revealed you are the single point of failure. You do not need a consultant who tells you what you already know. You need someone who builds it with you.The Narrow Bridge is for you.

ABOUT

The Narrow Bridge Logo

I spent 33 years inside organizations - facilities management, vendor contracts, project management, compliance. I did not learn operational consulting in a classroom. I learned it on the floor, in the buildings, in the disputes, in the near-misses.Fifteen years managing commercial facilities across organizations like Cushman & Wakefield, Zillow, and Newmark gave me a floor-level education in what operations actually require. Before that, four years as a real estate paralegal taught me what legal protection looks like in writing — and how quickly a business is exposed when the paperwork is missing.I am OSHA 30 General Industry certified. I have managed 130,000 square feet across three commercial sites simultaneously. I have coordinated up to ten contractors at once. I have handled the kind of operational emergencies that reveal exactly what a business is - and is not - prepared for. What I know from all of it: most businesses are not failing because of a bad product or a weak team. They are failing because no one built the operational foundation that everything else depends on.That is what I do. I build it.- Stacey Lewis
